The State of the Heart

Right now the condition of our economy is at the forefront of America. Our economy needs recovery. But that's not all. We also need recovery in our homes, in our marriages, in our businesses. Most importantly we need healing and wholeness in our hearts.

During tough times like these, it's easy to ask, "WHY?" Why is this happening to me? Why are things so hard? Why am I going through this? Why is there so much suffering and hardship all around me? The key is not to look at our surroundings, but to look at the heart and place our trust and hope in God alone. I ask you, what is the state of your heart today? We all know the state of the economy, but what is the state of your heart? This is one question that only you can answer.

Start praying now for the person or people that you will invite to Celebrate on March 21st or March 22nd.

2) Invest & Invite!
Start investing in those relationships and then take a step of faith and invite them to come to Celebrate with you on March 21st or March 22nd. Did you know that statistics tell us that 95% of unchurched people would come to church if they were simply invited by a friend.

3) Believe!
Believe in faith that the people you invite come, and that their lives will be changed through the power of Jesus Christ on that weekend.

More than just another meeting or Bible Study, Men's Fraternity provides men with an encouraging weekly event that teaches them how to live lives of authentic manhood as modeled by Jesus Christ and directed by the Word of God!

Sessions take place on Thursdays from 6:00 to 7:30 AM (it's worth getting up for) at the HUB at Water Tower Place, located in Water Tower Plaza in Celebration, near the Planet Smoothie.

When I think about famous people, particularly in the Bible, who made an impact with their life - ordinary people who accomplished extraordinary tasks - I wonder just how many of those people really knew that God wants so badly to work in their life.

Before we can make our lives count, there are several questions that we will all need to answer eventually. The question of identity - Who am I?... The question of responsibility - What am I going to do with my life?... The question of priority - What is really the most important thing in my life?... The question of difficulty - How much am I willing to commit to what I'm going to give my life for?

Over the past years, I have read about and heard the talk about how the way you see yourself determines to a large degree the way you act and react in life -- that your self worth and your self esteem tend to be a governing factor in life.

If you see yourself as a loser then you'll end up, to a large degree, acting like a loser. If you see yourself as a victim, you tend to let people victimize you. Bottom line is you set yourself up. On the other hand, if you see yourself as being successful, then you tend to follow the new path of success rather than the snares of the old way of living.

Personal Budget Workshop - TUESDAY, MARCH 24

Not having a budget is the #1 reason why most people struggle and fail financially in America --- but it doesn't have to be that way.

That is why Celebrate Church is hosting a Free Personal Budget Workshop to help people organize and achieve victory in their personal finances at the Water Tower HUB.

What is it?
A real workshop where we will go step-by-step how to set up and how to use a budget for our personal finances.

Who should attend?
Anyone who wants to maximize the impact of the money God has given to them to manage.
Anyone who ever struggles with money or bills.
Anyone who is tired of their finances being a mess and is ready for their financial life to be successful.

Do I really need a budget?
Almost everyone needs a budget. The only people who don't need to limit their spending are people who have unlimited incomes.

How much does it cost?
The class is FREE! All that is required is to preregister so we have enough materials.

Is it complicated?
No. It's easier than you ever thought possible once you know what to do to maintain a budget. You will leave this night with a completed personal budget in your hands.

Can I invite or bring others?
Absolutely. Invite anyone you know that might benefit from this information. It could change their life!!
