This 12-session study focuses on the primary issues that shape a man's life, explores in depth the biblical concept of manhood; and finally provides practical building blocks for any man to use to construct for himself a nobler, more satisfying manhood.

How God Builds Our Lives

Today I want you to dream of what you can spiritually become in your faith journey! Did you know that God has a process to build your character? To build you into the person you long for and He desires?
If you understand and cooperate with what God wants to do in your life, your faith will be stretched and you will develop great strength!
First it begins with a God-given dream - an idea, a goal, an ambition, a great desire! Every great accomplishment first begins as a God-given dream in someone's heart and mind. "God is able to do far more than we would ever dare to ask or even dream of - infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes." (Eph. 3:20 LB)
Next, you have to act on that dream (with God's help). A dream is stagnant until you decide to do something about it! This is the moment of truth where you decide to invest your time, money, energy, and evaluate your schedule... and then actually begin to take the steps needed to accomplish your desires. If you want to walk on water - you must get out of the boat!
While you have become active in pursuit of your God-given dream, it is important to know that it won't happen overnight. During this time of growth, your trust in God is developing. God often uses this waiting period to teach us to trust him. Remember, a delay is not a denial. God says, "These things I plan won't happen right away. Slowly, steadily, surely, the time approaches when the vision will be fulfilled. If it seems slow, do not despair, for these things will surely come to pass. Just be patient!" (Hab. 2:3 LB)
As we journey through 40 Days of Purpose and read the "Purpose Driven Life book together as a church and as a community, your life will be challenged and God will drop a spiritual dream in your heart... a vision of who you can be in Christ. At the same time, many men will be journeying through Men's Fraternity on Thursday mornings and their dreams of being the man God desires them to be will be placed there by God.
Remember, this is the starting point. It all begins with God dropping that dream in your heart. It will require us to act on that dream and it will be important to know that it is a process and takes time. God will give you the ability and the power to fulfill what he has dropped in your heart.
May 2008 be a year of God-given dreams being birthed and fulfilled in our lives!

Celebrate Church is moving to the Orlando Sun Resort - BEGINNING ON SUNDAY, MARCH 2nd!
 We are excited to be moving our Sunday Services to the beautiful 77
acre Orlando Sun Resort just across the street from Celebration
beginning on Sunday, March 2nd!
While we are building our new church
building over the next 18 to 24 months, the 60,000 square feet of
meeting space at the Orlando Sun will enable us to expand and grow as a
church to make room for people in 2008 and beyond!
The Orlando Sun is located directly across the street from Celebration Place on Hwy 192 on the corner of I-4 & Hwy 192 (6375 W. Irlo Bronson Hwy).
New Service times will be 9:00 & 11:00 AM.

Ashley Smith will be with us in person this Sunday at Celebrate Church for the big kickoff! Ashley is the single mother who persuaded Brian Nichols, Atlanta's courtroom killer, to surrender to police after holding her hostage for seven hours. Reading to him from The Purpose Driven Life, she encouraged him to consider how he might be able to discover purpose in life if he surrendered, which he did the following morning!
