Cultural Crossfire Series - Week 2
"God & The Economy"
Join us this Sunday for WEEK TWO of our exciting new series.
We are surrounded by our "culture". Politics, the economy, media, sex, power, war, poverty... all common themes in our current culture. This week we continue our new series focusing on how we can reconcile our faith in the midst of this "Cultural Crossfire". What does God have to say about our current culture, and how is the church, and more importantly my faith, relevant to the world around me?
Explore the tough questions with us as we navigate through the crossfire together! Sundays in July at Celebrate Church.

NEW OPENINGS AND OPPORTUNITIES FOR MUSICIANS AND SINGERS TO JOIN THE CELEBRATE CHURCH WORSHIP TEAM.
We have a wonderful team of musicians and singers who lead us in praise & worship every Sunday morning. It's time for this team to grow.
If you love God and know Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, see Celebrate as your home church and are skilled in playing a musical instrument or singing to a confident level then we would love to meet you.
Often we will think of core instruments such as drums, keyboards and guitars; yes we are looking for all of those, but this is not the limit. You may play Saxophone, Violin or Flute, to name just a few other instruments we could incorporate.
And musical styles also; from gospel, rock, latin and jazz to many more. The broader the better as we bring more variety to our worship experience.
God is the ultimate Creator and the giver of imagination for us also to be creative in our expression of love for Him.
If you are interested in joining or would like more information, please contact Mike Parkes at mike@celebratechurch.org or 863-242-0274.

Celebrate Israel Trip!
April 27 - May 8, 2009
Join Pastor Joe on an adventure to the Holy Land and experience the scriptures first-hand. Walk where Jesus walked, visit the places spoken of in scripture, and see your faith come alive! This is a once in a lifetime journey that should be experienced by every Christ-follower.
Visit the birthplace of Jesus in Nazareth; see where the battle of Armageddon will take place near Megiddo; cross over the Sea of Galilee where Jesus walked on the water. Take a drive on the coast of the Dead Sea; have lunch in Abraham's Tent and then effortlessly float in the salt concentrated waters of the Dead Sea.
Jerusalem is the highlight of your trip, where you will see Golgotha near where Jesus was crucified, the Western Wall, the Temple Mount, the Mount of Olives, Hezekiah's Tunnel and even take part in a Seder meal. This trip to Israel allows you to experience just a taste of the Bible's richness and reality. You will never read your Bible in the same way again as you gain a fuller understanding from your Israel experience.
Save the dates and plan on
joining your Celebrate family for an amazing spiritual experience.
April 27th - May 8th, 2009! Email lagsr@aol.com or call the church
office at 407-566-0155 for more details.
